On August 4, Phoenix Resources CEO James Xie had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from Swiss TraSteel Group, led by CEO Mr. Gianfranco Imperato and CFO/CIO Mr. Federico Guiducci, during their visit to Tianjin New Steel Group. They were warmly welcomed by senior executives from Tianjin New Steel and Delong Steel Group.

Under James’ guidance, the visitors toured the Industrial Internet Operations Center and 5G Smart Control Center, gaining insights into Tianjin New Steel’s efforts in green manufacturing, technological innovation, and digital transformation, as well as the company’s key products and downstream applications.

The delegation also visited production lines for medium and heavy plates, cold-rolled thin plates, and hot-dip galvanizing, receiving detailed explanations of equipment, processes, and product performance.

At the New Steel Industrial Tourism Center, the visitors experienced handcrafted exhibits showcasing the company’s culture and the dedication of Chinese steel professionals.

The meeting concluded with discussions about global steel trends and opportunities for future collaboration, highlighting Phoenix Resources’ role in connecting international partners with leading Chinese steel producers.
